These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website, as well as the use of its content and services. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About

This website is run by Patricia de Ferreira Malhão (missroofless), a photographer based in Portugal.

2. Products & Services

The shop offers:

  • Fine art prints

  • Postcards

  • Digital products (eBooks)

  • Publications (books, magazines)

As well as photography and creative services.

All products are original work by Missroofless unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Orders are only processed after payment is received.

If any issue occurs with your order, you will be contacted directly.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • MB Way

  • Revolut

Payment details are provided after checkout and via email.

Orders will only be confirmed after payment is completed.

5. Shipping

Physical products are shipped from Portugal.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location

  • Orders are usually processed within a few business days

You will be informed once your order is shipped.

Missroofless is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

6. Digital Products

Digital products (such as eBooks) are delivered electronically.

Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact within 7 days of delivery.

Each case will be handled individually.

Due to the nature of the products:

  • Prints and physical items may not be eligible for return unless damaged

  • Digital products are non-refundable

8. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, and content on this website are the property of Missroofless.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright.

9. Services

Any photography or creative services are subject to separate agreements defined per project.

10. Liability

Missroofless is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays outside of reasonable control

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
